Direct Shipments
Q. What happens if the recipient is not home when the courier attempts to deliver?
A. Our courier will leave the package at the recipient's address.
Q. Will I receive a Tracking Number?
A. If you request it, we will send you an e-mail that will include the Tracking Number after the product has been shipped.
Q. Is there an additional charge to have a Ship Direct product delivered next-day?
A. Yes, there is an additional $10.00 charge for next-day Drop Ship deliveries; please see Delivery & Shipping for more information.
Q. If I place an order for a Ship Direct product by 10:00 am EST on Friday, on what day will my gift be delivered?
A. If you place your order for standard delivery, your order will be delivered on Tuesday. If you place your order for Next Day delivery, your order will be delivered on Monday. (Note: Next Day delivery requires an additional $10.00 fee.) See delivery chart for more information.
Q. How do I get confirmation of delivery?
A. You may send us an e-mail message requesting confirmation.
Q. Can I have my Direct Ship product delivered on Saturday?
A. Unfortunately, we do not offer Saturday deliveries for Direct Ship products.
Q. Will there be additional charges added if the recipients address is incorrect?
A. Yes. If there are changes to the address information after the order has been placed there will be a $10.00 charge added to the order.
