Q. How do I place an order?
A. For details see How to Order. A customized order form is linked to each product page which can be located by browsing and selecting from Shop Online.

Q. What happens after I place an order?
A. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. Once your order has been finalized, an official receipt will be emailed to you which will include your total charges, your order number and order details. Be sure to check all of your email folders in case your receipt is filtered out of your main Inbox. Please print the receipt page for your records. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to Cyberflowers.com. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by email.

Q. What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
A. You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after Cyberflowers.com receives your order. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, please send us on e-mail at customercare@cyberflowers.com to ensure that your order is being processed.
