Q. Which credit cards are accepted?
A. Cyberflowers.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. Cyberflowers.com will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified instantly. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to Cyberflowers.com. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.

Q. What were the total charges to my credit card?
A. When you place your order online, you are presented with the price of the merchandise as well as the service charges and shipping charges that are applicable. In addition to these costs, you will be charged sales tax if your order is to be delivered to Canada. Immediately following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail which will show details of your order.
