Q. Will the floral arrangement match the one I ordered?
A. Floral designers personally style and arrange every order using the freshest flowers and greenery, so arrangements may slightly vary. Our florist are experienced in the art of floral design and all floral designs must meet specific design guidelines to ensure that the shape and style of the floral arrangement is the similar to that shown on our online store.

Substitution is allowable only in emergency situations.

Q. What is my guarantee that I'll get my money's worth?
A. Our florists are bound by the Customer Satisfaction rules of Teleflora. If, you order a $40 arrangement for delivery in another town or country, the florist selected to fill your order must deliver an arrangement worth $40 at the prices prevailing in the delivery area (delivery and service charges may be additional).

Q. Can I customize my bouquet?
A. All orders must reflect the selections featured in our online store.

Q. What type of balloon will be delivered with my order?
A. A colorful, foil (mylar) balloon with a message that matches the occasion (i.e. Happy Birthday) will be delivered with your order.

Q. What type of plush toy will be delivered?
A. The florist will deliver a stuffed toy that will be appropriate for both the occasion and the recipient.

Q. What is an appropriate arrangement to send to a funeral?
A. The U.S.& Canada Shop features many funeral selections that are appropriate for delivery to a funeral home. Please visit the drop-down menu beside "Shop By Occasion" at the top of this page to select the appropriate item for the delivery location.

Q. What is the difference between Regular, Premium and Deluxe arrangements?
A.The "Regular" price represents the arrangement as featured in the picture.

The "Premium" price has the same look and feel as the shown arrangement but you will receive a fuller arrangement with more of the same types of flowers or more expensive flowers.

The "Deluxe" price also has the same look and feel as the shown arrangement but will be an even fuller, more impressive arrangement than the deluxe version with the same types of flowers or more expensive flowers.
