Finding What You Want

U.S. & Canada Shop

Whether you're in a hurry or you want to browse a variety of selections, we have a shopping style for you.







  • Pull-Down Menu
    Most Cyberflowers.com customers have a special occasion in mind. Use the pull-down menu at the top of each page to shop our store.

  • Search
    If you're looking for a special product, occasion, price, or flower type, click on the Quick Shop banner to access this link.

  • Shopping Directory
    Browse our complete catalog for deliveries to the U.S. and Canada. To access this directory, select Shop Online.

  • Shop At a Glance
    Browse our flowers and gifts in just a few pages for your speedy download to over 500 flower arrangements, plants, and gifts. Click on the Shop At A Glance banner to access this link.

  • Express Check-Out
    Enter the Name of the Item you wish to order in the Express Check-out located on the navigation sidebar and go straight to the order form.

  • Canadian Deliveries
    For deliveries in Canada and payment in Canadian dollars, use the Shop Canadian link at the top of each page.

International Deliveries

For deliveries outside the U.S. & Canada, use the Shop International link at the top of each page.

 

Placing Your Order

  • Ordering from Catalog Pages:
    When you search or browse the catalog, you will see a display of products. To order directly from a catalog page, select the "Order Now" button next to the product you wish to order. For a larger product image and more details, select "More Info".

  • Ordering from Product Pages
    A full product description and an enlarged photo of the product is linked to every product. Order by selecting the "Order Now" button.

  • Member Accounts
    After you select the "Order Now" button, you will view your Shopping Basket and then asked to log-in if you have a Member Account.

  • Secure Transactions
    Order processing is encrypted for all of our customers. If you prefer, you may place your order by phone at 1-800-GO-2-CYBER. Please note that the service charge increases to $9.95 for a phone order. (The service charge for internet orders is $5.95.)

  • Multiple Recipients
    You may send the same product to more than one recipient or order several products for delivery to multiple recipients. Simply check the box on the Shopping Basket page submit the order, then complete the information for the next recipient.

Order Confirmation

Once you submit your order, an instant receipt page will be returned which will include your total charges, your order number and order details. Please print the receipt page for your records.

Member Account Customers

Billing information will be automatically entered on the order form when you log-in. Recipient information will also be entered, if you selected a name from your online address book. Open a Member Account and enjoy the benefits .
