International Delivery
We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. We guarantee the delivery of fresh, beautiful floral arrangements, however substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to seasonal and regional conditions.

International Delivery - Floral International Delivery - Floral
International deliveries are made to locations outside the United States and Canada.
- Flowers delivered internationally will vary due to current exchange rates, regional and seasonal availability. Items pictured in the online catalog are examples only, the actual items delivered will be made to the value provided according to the availability and local customs of the destination delivery area and to meet our quality standards.
- International deliveries can be made in 24 hours when you place your order by 10:00 am EST to all but remote locations.
- Rush international delivery service is available to most countries provided the recipient's phone number is provided. Rush delivery is not available to rural areas or non-resident towns.

Deliveries are not made on national, local or religious holidays, including Sundays. Deliveries on Saturdays are limited.
- All deliveries are subject to the recipient being available to receive flowers. The order will not be considered late if there is no-one at the address to accept the flowers when the delivery attempt is made. In such case, our florist will continue to try to reach the recipient by phone to schedule a re-delivery.
- For international deliveries at Christmas, Valentines and Mother's Day, please allow three (3) business days for delivery.
- Orders cannot be accepted for delivery to APO, FPO, PSC or P.O. Boxes because these are not physical delivery locations.
Incomplete orders will not be processed.
