Service Fees

Delivery to US & Canada

  • Internet Service Fee

    The service fee for all orders delivered within the U.S. and Canada is US $9.95.
    If sending more than one gift to the same location, the service fee will apply per item.
    When ordering both a florist-fulfilled gift ad a direct-shipped gift to the same address on the same delivery date, the service fee per item will apply plus the shipping charge for the direct-shipped gift.

  • Phone Orders
    The service fee for all orders placed through our toll-free telephone service at 1-800-GO-2-CYBER is US $9.95. This service is available only to callers from the United States and Canada.

Delivery outside the US & Canada

  • Internet Service Fee
    Floral orders delivered outside the United States and Canada will be assessed a service charge of US $9.95 plus an additional international relay fee of US $12.00, bringing the total service charge to US $21.95
  • Phone Orders
    Customers calling from outside North America, please phone 905-883-1395 country code 1 Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. A service charge of $9.95 per order will be added to telephone orders.
  • Currency
    All prices are in US dollars. A currency converter is available for your convenience.

Taxes

  • Taxes are collected based on the destination of the order
  • Orders delivered in the United States are tax free.
  • Orders delivered outside North America are tax free.
  • Orders delivered in Canada are subject to 7% Goods & Services Tax. In Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland there is an extra 8% Retail Sales Tax.
