On Time Delivery

  • Substitution may be necessary to ensure that your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.





  • Our professional floral designers recreate our designs based on their creative interpretation. The "look and feel" of the arrangements will remain the same, with our florists paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style and color combinations.

Fresh And Beautiful

  • Our florist will use only the freshest flowers, so we will make substitutions depending on seasonal and regional conditions.

  • Availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas and specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery. In this event, the local florist will deliver similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty.

  • Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. 

  • In single variety arrangements and one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as roses, variety will take preference over color. For example, if a florist is out of "pink roses", they will substitute another color of roses, not another pink flower.
