U.S. & Canada Delivery
We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a
timely manner. We guarantee the delivery of fresh, beautiful floral
arrangements, however substitutions may be necessary on occasion
due to seasonal and regional conditions. |

General - Floral (Non-Holiday)
When placing your order, please identity the date on which your
order is to be delivered
Same day delivery of flowers is available for all items excluding Fresh-from-Grower items during non-holiday
periods on orders received by 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time. For delivery information on Fresh-from-Grower items, please check Delivery Information on the order pages.
Orders received after the above times will be delivered the
following day or date requested.
Sunday deliveries are not available. Orders received for delivery
on Sunday will be delivered the following Monday.
Prior to holidays we will post specific delivery schedules.
- Order cancellation requests must be received by 9:00 am (Eastern
Standard Time) on the day of delivery.
We will make every attempt to accommodate a delivery time you
have requested, such as a morning or afternoon delivery, however
we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Normal delivery
hours for a florist are between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
All deliveries are
subject to the recipient being available to receive the order.
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, our florist
may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach
a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement
on their behalf; or leave a note on the recipient's door asking
the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient
time for re-delivery; or call the recipient first to arrange a
delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest
sending the arrangement to the workplace.
Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.
Funeral orders are our top priority. Same day delivery for funeral orders by a Teleflora® Florist is available in most areas of the U.S. and Canada on orders placed as late as 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone Monday through Friday (earlier times may apply to some areas), as long as there is a four (4) hour window before the time of service.. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in some areas.
Drop Ship/ 2nd Business Day Air
Several of our non-floral perishable gift items in our catalog are
sent via 2nd Business Day Air. These include all our gourmet, seafood, chocolates
and specialty gifts.
Cut-off times for same-day shipment and available shipping options
are clearly marked on the order form or in the detailed description
for each item.
The date your order will be received will depend on the shipping
date and the shipping method you select. Items shipped Next Day
or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period. Please
note that the guaranteed shipping options are based on business
days.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Northwest Territories are available
only for 2-day delivery for an extra $20.00.
Changes to address information after the order has been placed
will result in a $10.00 charge.
We are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or
APO's.
Multiple gifts going to different delivery addresses will be
treated as separate orders when shipping charges are calculated.
Multiple gifts being delivered on different delivery dates to
the same address will be treated as separate orders when shipping
charges are calculated.
When ordering both a florist-fulfilled gift and a direct-shipped
gift to the same address on the same delivery date, the service
fee per item will apply plus the shipping charge for the direct-shipped
gift.
Holiday Delivery Information
The nature of the floral business is one which is extremely time sensitive
and dependent upon major holiday periods. These holiday periods include
Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Secretaries's Day, Administrative Professionals Week, and Mother's Day.
The high volume of orders we handle during holiday weeks prevents
us from guaranteeing same day delivery. During these holidays,
we will ask you for flexible delivery dates (usually 2-3 days
before the holiday) to ensure your orders are delivered on time
for these important days. Please keep this in mind when placing
your holiday orders.
During these peak holiday periods, the volume of floral and
gift orders being delivered by our florists often causes us to
"cut-off", thereby ceasing to accept any additional
orders for guaranteed holiday delivery.
Prior to certain holidays, we will post specific delivery schedules
throughout the shopping section of this web site.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please
notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests
for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before
the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment.
Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation.
