  When you select delivery in the United States, all products will display prices in US dollars and payment is made in US dollars.

  When you select delivery in Canada, all products will display prices in Canadian dollars and payment is made in Canadian dollars.

• Switching delivery to Canada or United States
  If delivery to the United States is selected and you would like to switch the entire order to delivery in Canada, use the Canada Delivery link at the top of each page. Conversely if delivery to the Canada is selected and you would like to switch the entire order to delivery in the United States, use the USA Delivery link at the top of each page.

For deliveries outside the U.S. & Canada, click the International Deliveries banner at the bottom of each page.

Placing Your Order

• Ordering from Catalog Pages:
  When you search or browse the catalog, you will see a display of products. To order directly from a catalog page, select the "Order Now" button below the product you wish to order.


• Ordering from Product Pages
  A full product description, delivery information and substitution policy is linked to every product. For a larger product image and more details, select "Click to enlarge".
  Once you've selected the perfect gift, placing an order is easy. Just click "Add to Cart" and your item is added to your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart lets you make multiple purchases of different gifts that can be sent to the same address. At this point, you can either "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout."


• Do You Have a Member Account?
  Once you're ready to checkout, you're asked if you are a Returning Customer. If you have a Member Account/Returning Customer, but have not yet signed in, select the Returning Customer area to login and access your stored information. Open a Member Account and enjoy the benefits . Note: You don't need a Cyberflowers.com Member Account to place an order.


• Secure Order Processing
  Order processing is encrypted for all customers who have browsers that are capable of transmitting or receiving encrypted data. If your Web browser doesn't support encryption, you may simply place your order by phone at 1-877-377-6469.


• Member Account Customers
  If you have a Cyberflowers.com Member Account, billing information is automatically entered onto the order form. Recipient information is also entered if you select a name from your online address book. Also, you can be reminded about this occasion again through our Reminder Service and calendar. • Use Your Address Book
  Cyberflowers.com Member Account customers who have entries in an online address book can select a recipient's address and have the information automatically filled into the order form. If the recipient is not listed, remember to add the person to your address book when you enter the recipient's information.

Confirming Your Order

• After you complete the order form and click "Continue," a page appears with the information you've entered and the details of your order. If the information is accurate, click "Confirm Order." If changes need to be made, select the appropriate link: Edit Products, Edit Billing Address, Edit Delivery To, Edit Special Instructions, Edit Occasion, Edit Card Message. Then make the corrections, re-verify your information, click "Continue," and finally "Confirm Order."


• Once you confirm your order, the next page will be returned which will include your order details, total charges and you will need to enter your credit card information here.


• Once you "Confirm Payment", an instant acknowledgment page is returned that includes your total charges and your order number. Please print the acknowledgment page for your records.


• You'll receive e-mail from Cyberflowers.com within a few hours of order placement. This confirms that we have received and accepted your order.
