Substitution Policy
Same day delivery is available in most areas of the U.S. and Canada, on orders placed as late as 12:00 noon EST Monday through Friday (earlier times may apply to some areas).
Funeral orders are our very highest priority. You can place orders for a funeral service requiring specific time of day delivery as late as shown, in the recipient's time zone:
- Monday Morning Delivery: order by saturday at 12:00 noon.
- Tuesday to Saturday Morning Delivery: order by 3:00 pm on the day before.
- Monday to Saturday Afternoon Delivery: orders must be placed with a 6 hour lead time.
- Sunday Delivery: is available in some areas. Order by Saturday at 12:00 noon.
