Rules and Regulations

1. The draw is open to residents of Canada and U.S. where and to the extent permitted by law. The contest is not open to residents of the State of Arizona or the Province of Quebec.
2. No purchase is necessary. Simply register at Cyberflowers.com for a chance to win one(1) of three (3) prizes comprising: One Canadian $100.00 Gift Certificate redeemable through www.cyberflowers.com for fresh flowers; one U.S. $100.00 Gift Certificate redeemable through www.cyberflowers.com for seafood; one (1) BackPro 2000 - versatile floor chair. Prizes will be accepted as awarded. Participation is limited to one (1) entry per registrant.
3. The contest is sponsored by Cyber Flowers, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada L4B 2Y7. Cyberflowers's determinations regarding all matters respecting the contest and these Rules and Regulations are final and binding and not subject to challenge or appeal. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a registrant, the registrant will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the e-mail account from which the registration emanated.
4. Random draws will take place during the first week of August 2001 for persons who registered up to July 2001. The chances of winning will be materially affected by the number of registrants up to July 2001. Winners of the draw will be required to correctly answer a skill testing question as a condition to receiving the Gift Certificate. The skill testing question will be e-mailed to the winner of the draw who will be permitted fifteen (15) days to submit the answer by return e-mail to Cyberflowers.com. Only one answer will be permitted.
5. Successful contestants will be notified individually by e-mail and will receive the Gift Certificate in electronic format via e-mail. The names of successful contestants will also be posted on the website, www.cyberflowers.com By submitting the answer to the skill testing question, the winner agrees to the use of the winner's name by Cyberflowers.com for the purposes of its advertising, trade or promotion, without further compensation.
6. Gift Certificates may only be redeemed at www.cyberflowers.com for products sold on that website. Unused portions of gift certificates may be redeemed on future purchases. Gift Certificates will automatically expire and be void to the extent not redeemed within three months of the date of original issue which will be stated upon each Certificate. Gift Certificates have no cash value and are never redeemable for cash. All federal, state, provincial and local taxes and duties, foreign and domestic, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed or used in payment of such taxes.
7. Gift Certificate orders are subject to www.cyberflowers.com delivery conditions and restrictions. Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders requiring shipment outside Cyberflowers.com delivery zones will not be filled and are not eligible.
8. All communications from Cyber Flowers with registrants/participants will be to (and only to) the e-mail address/account from which the registration emanated.
9. Employees of Cyber Flowers and its subsidiaries and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this contest.
10. Cyberflowers.com reserves the right to terminate or change the terms or conditions of the contest at any time without prior notice.
